Strawberry Jelly Donuts Recipe

Directions:

  1. To make the ‘blood’ jelly, add the strawberries and granulated sugar to an air fryer safe bowl and mix to combine. Place in the Mello air fryer for 15 minutes at 350F. Halfway through, stir to prevent burning and stir in the cornstarch and water. Mix the cornstarch and water together first before adding to the strawberries to prevent clumping.
  2. Once the jelly is finished cooking, add it to a blender and process until smooth. Place in the fridge to thicken and cool.
  3. To make the donuts, spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Lay down four biscuits and cook for 10 minutes at 325F, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the donuts are air frying, prepare the vanilla glaze. In a shallow bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until it forms a dippable glaze.
  5. Transfer the cooled and thickened jelly to an injector and then fill each donut with one tablespoon of jelly.
  6. Dip the donuts in the vanilla glaze and then after you have glazed all the donuts, top with sprinkles or create Marshmello’s face using the squeezable cake writing.
